Refund and Returns Policy

Refund Eligibility: You may be eligible for a refund if you meet the following criteria:
- The item(s) is defective or damaged upon receipt.
- You received the wrong item(s).
- The item(s) is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Returns Procedure: If you believe your order qualifies for a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at contact@mlbjersey.store within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and, if possible, include photographs to illustrate the problem.
- Our customer service team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
Refund Process: Upon approval of your return, you can expect the following:
- You will be provided with a return shipping address.
- Ship the item(s) back to us in its original packaging, and upon receipt, we will inspect the product.
- If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges: If you received a defective or incorrect item and would like to exchange it for the correct one, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist you in facilitating the exchange process.
