Refund and Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes situations arise where a refund or return may be necessary. We want to assure you that we are here to make this process as straightforward as possible, ensuring your satisfaction with your MLB T-shirts, hoodies, and jerseys.

Refund Eligibility: You may be eligible for a refund if you meet the following criteria:

  • The item(s) is defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • You received the wrong item(s).
  • The item(s) is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Returns Procedure: If you believe your order qualifies for a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at contact@mlbjersey.store within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and, if possible, include photographs to illustrate the problem.
  3. Our customer service team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

Refund Process: Upon approval of your return, you can expect the following:

  • You will be provided with a return shipping address.
  • Ship the item(s) back to us in its original packaging, and upon receipt, we will inspect the product.
  • If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges: If you received a defective or incorrect item and would like to exchange it for the correct one, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist you in facilitating the exchange process.
